JOSÉ MIGUEL GERVÁSIO AND JOSÉ ALBERTO FERREIRA
[PORTUGAL]
GUIDED TOUR + TALK: HETEROCLITOLOGIA
6 JUNE · 4 PM
CINETEATRO CURVO SEMEDO - FOYER
Age Rating: For All
Duration: approximately 1 hour
A guided tour of the exhibition Heteroclitologia by José Miguel Gervásio, followed by a conversation with José Alberto Ferreira. The event offers a journey through the indeterminate forms that inhabit the exhibition — objects that defy categorisation and reject any fixed function or interpretation — leading into a moment of reflection on the processes of artistic creation. The conversation is part of the “Conversas sem Fio” (Wireless Conversations) series, focusing on the times, motivations and intersections that shape the creative act.
José Miguel Gervásio

In this context, he has taken part in numerous solo and group exhibitions, as well as
art fairs in Portugal and Spain. His paintings and drawings are held in public and private collections, notably the Carmona e Costa Foundation in Lisbon, the art collection of Prof. Jorge Gaspar in Alvito, and the “Gabinete Gráfico” of the Vatican Apostolic Library in Rome.
